Hi Dr Rozenberg

I was really touched by the card you all signed to see me off on my way.  It reinforces what I believed from day one, that I found a caring, thoughtful, committed, wonderful Doctor and staff, who took their job seriously and their work personally.

Each and everyone of you went out of your way to commit yourselves to help make me feel better and to improve my health.

I can't commend you enough, for the environment you have created, making every one of us feel welcome, safe, calm and trust in our decision to have chosen you in the first place.  There are so many Doctors and practices out there that make it feel like a monetary transaction and very clinical, it's all about what you can pay or your insurance can do.  I have never felt that.

Every session was heartfelt, Al is an absolute gem, I really enjoyed my sessions, and he is very knowledgeable, thorough and helps restore my tired body to its natural state.  He talks of you with pride and you can feel from Jeanne, Mona and Al, that it's not a job for them, it's a pleasure to come to work and to help people.

I am sure that any and every patient/client that walks through your doors feel the same.

I know one thing for sure, I walk out of your office different than when I walk in - and it's a great feeling!

I am so glad to have found you, I wish you all the best things that life can bring, to you, and your family a special thankyou for letting me share you with them for a day a week.

I hope you are enjoying your holiday with your family, and it's a trip with many 'life moments', one that the kids will remember 'Dad and Mum took us here and I remember the day when....'.

It will be impossible to find anyone like you or your staff back East, but I will give it my best and not give up until I get this whole thing sorted.  You can bet that when I visit LA, I will set an appointment and come back to see you all.

Meanwhile, I'll live with emails and give you update on how my neck and head are going.
